The film "India Trip" tells about the culture and life in India. In the film took part Rampuri Baba, a sadhu in the ancient tradition of naga babas, author of the book "The Biography of a blue-eyed yogi", and yoga teacher from Varanasi Rakesh Pandey. Genre of film can be defined as a film-meditation, contemplation, this is a fully independent personal project, the shooting which occurred within three years and culminated in the Kumbh Mela in 2010.
The Upanishads - are a collection of texts in the Vedic Sanskrit language which contain the earliest emergence of some of the central religious concepts of Hinduism, some of which are shared with Buddhism and Jainism. The Upanishads are considered by Hindus to contain revealed truths (Sruti) concerning the nature of ultimate reality (brahman) and describing the character and form of human salvation (moksha).
This film is made up of photos taken during my travels in India. The film is divided into several thematic parts: the foothills of the Himalayas, Khajuraho, the temples of Belur Halebid and, cave temples of Ajanta and Elora, Hampi and people of India.
Ladakh ("land of high passes") - is a region of India in the state of Jammu and Kashmir that currently extends from the Kuen Lun mountain range to the main Great Himalayas to the south, inhabited by people of Indo-Aryan and Tibetan descent. It is one of the most sparsely populated regions in Jammu and Kashmir and its culture and history are closely related to that of Tibet.
