Oral History
Baba Rampuri narrates the Pir Shams Story (gleaned from oral histories), known among Naga Babas as Keshav Puri Multani Baba, a great Siddha Baba and namesake of one of the 52 lineages of Juna Akhara. Among Muslims, he is known as a great Sufi Saint, and the beloved guru of the great Persian poet, Maulana Jalaluddin Rumi.
Baba Rampuri has curated this story over nearly fifty years among the Naga Babas of Juna Akhara, but also from the Muqaddam of the Pir Shams Dargah in Multan, Pakistan, in recorded interviews.
