“Bless me Ma…”

Join Baba Rampuri, Peter Pannke, and a small group of up to a dozen participants, for an experience of a lifetime, celebrating Diwali, the great Festival of the Mother Goddess, in India, at one of Her most auspicious and ancient temples. You will learn the tradition and perform the sacred rites in the most traditional setting that you can’t even imagine. Before the celebrations begin, you will be comfortably settled in the lush gardens of an old Portuguese house in Goa with swimming pool. Baba will conduct daily workshops on the Mother Goddess and Sacred Speech, while Peter will help you find Her voice within you, with workshops on singing and breathing, all around Baba Ji’s dhuni, the Sacred Fire.

Diwali is one of India’s most dramatic and colourful festivals, celebrated as Lakshmi Ganesh Puja, Lakshmi Puja, Saraswati Puja, and even Kali Puja. For most, it is an occasion of praying for abundance to the Goddess of Prosperity. For creative people, it is a moment when we pray to Her to speak through us. In the Temple to the Goddess Mookambika in Kollur, there is an extraordinary expression of the spirit of Diwali, families come from far and wide to seek Her blessings, musicians and dancers come to perform for Her. Peter Pannke will be one of those pilgrim singers who will perform Dhrupad for Her – we will have the rare privilege to witness this act of devotion. Other creative people bring their pens, brushes, or any creative instruments to be blessed by Her at this time.

Baba Rampuri will meet with everyone individually for private conferences and Peter will offer a private singing lesson to anyone who wishes.
