Invoking Ganesh

As in almost all Hindu Vedic rituals, we begin our work by invoking Ganesh, asking for His blessings that we may complete this auspicious sacrifice and have a happy life, and to remove all obstructions, as He is Lord Of Obstacles, Vigneshwara. The first day of our three day Chandika Yajna we thus perform Ganesh puja and homa.
